Jarrety`s Place in Rochester

Can't believe that this restaurant has existed for a decade and I (living in the area) have just discovered it. I will do my best to make up for lost opportunity! One walks into a warm, friendly atmosphere and that first (wonderful) impression gets proven legit the longer your visit. The soups and sandwiches are absolutely glorious (too heavy-handed? NO!). Almost can't wait to visit again...great little restaurant!

Wonderful service, fresh made breads and soup. You definitely will not leave hungry. An excellent choice if you should visit Rochester, IN.

The staff and food here was AMAZING! I was visiting in town for a meeting and it was great local find. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Would recommend stopping by to all my friends or meet up with them over coffee or lunch.

We were loved our cold and hot sandwiches along with a lovely spinach salad. Sorry I didn't think to take a picture until my last bite!I loved that the coffee was self serve and they had 5 varieties, along with many choices of additives!

I’ve been here twice now and haven’t been disappointed. Just have left with an extremely full belly. The sandwiches, salads and desserts are all equally delicious. Great service at lunch today. Can’t wait to come back.

Their food is not that great. Good jet teas, but not as good as Bagel Shop’s. Dessert is probably what they do best.

Excellent catering service! When our caterer became unable to cater our son's wedding just three weeks prior to the event, I was so fortunate to find Jarrety's online. There are plenty of items to choose from on their catering menu. Dawn responded very quickly with answers to my questions and a very reasonably priced quote. When the weekend of the event arrived, they did not disappoint. Everything was timely, well presented, and the food was excellent. The servers were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Jarrety's really came through for me in a pinch! Highly recommend.

Great food, ok service. Really enjoyed my "Spicier Panino". $3 sun-king on draft?! Yes please. Would be five stars, but my wife ordered three different wines that were not available and her chicken Cali melt was dry. But the salad was really good. Overall, I liked Jarrety's.

Locally owned and operated down town diner remarketed as a contemporary gourmet coffee, soup and sandwich shop with an ambitious menu. The place to be on Main Street. I ordered the Stromboli sandwich (I should have got a half!) and the suggested Cactus Chili which was delicious. Dress is street casual and the seating is comfortable and abundant.

Very nice, and clean. Ordered Half a hashbrowns and gravy. The hash browns wear burn wait staff was not very attentive to are needs. Disappointed.

Such a great place. Tastefully done room. Beautiful desserts, many delicious coffees. Vegan and GF available. Friendly staff and great prices. I'm going back again and sharing cloth a friend.

Best place in Rochester for lunch in my opinion and I've heard the same from many other people!! Staff always friendly and attentive, even remembered my favorite sandwich and drink!! Very clean, very popular, very busy, very good food, and amazing staff!! Recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

Good amount of variety in the menu, and fairly good quality of food and coffee. Pleasant atmosphere. Stopped to eat here during a road trip going past Rochester, definitely worth the extra couple minutes of driving beyond what was right by the high way exit. Seemed like a place I would pick to meet up with someone at were I a resident in the area.Note: given 4 stars in part because I'm extremely selective about giving places 5-star ratings.

I experienced great coffee, sandwiches, deserts, and service. The locals are very friendly. Only thing missing is expansion into my hometown.

Prices are to high for the quantity and quality that you receive.

Cranberry walnut turkey sandwich is to die for

Soup and sandwiches were yummy, place is clean. Food a little pricey, but worth it.

Love the chicken salad croissant and loaded potato soup. Thumbs up to the food and staff!!

I had the Cali burger and it was the best! The burgers are not all dry like at some places. Service was excellent also!
